Doing the Mark 06 plugsuit for Kaworu

The serger has helped immensely thus far, I should have the suit together easily in another sewing session, mainly the things I have to worry about...is the EVA Foam parts

4-way stretch Vinyl Body Suit - 75% Done
EVA Foam Chest Plate

EVA Foam Back

Boots & Coverings
Lance of Longinus

Im not sure if at this point I'd be able to take it in anymore, I fixed a bunch during assembly but I think at this point it might be tapped out

Probably 2-4 hours at most, considering I can't use the bathroom at all in it. I'll be wearing a cotton/lycra (spandex) zentai suit under it to wick any sweat

I should have the armor part done late this week, I feel like I made it too bulky though by double layering it, but we'll see how it comes out...

From the progress I saw on Tumblr, I say it looks good! Whatever makes you feel comfortable though, I'm sure it'll look nifty

Final...the armor got smooshed to shit enroute to the con...and in general I am not pleased with how it came out....also I know I have better pics of this coming from one of the con photogs I know

I have a much better idea now for how to make it...just do I have enough time between now and acen to pull it off...
