So what weekend in August of NEXT YEAR works best fer evrehone.  Maybe late July, but I don't think there is any big conventions in August that brbuers interested in this go to.  if there are then we dont do it that weekend. boom. simple. avocados.

Labor Day weekend could possibly work. Gives everyone an extra day to travel or whatever.

Labor day weekend is D*Con, and (may) be a no-go for me next year, since I'm planning on going with some Bmore friends.

Labor day weekend is iffy for me as well considering school starts the next day after labor day.  We can still have that extra day in august cuz summer vacation affects everyone equally right

What is dead may never die!  I just wanna make sure people dont forget about dis.  I oly am really able to do probably two group events with brbu now, and ACEN is one of them I save for.  I could probably only do this one too next year because it would be kinder to my wallet as it only really requires me to pay for some food and a round-trip plane ticket.
