Found this might just figure out some stuff from there that would be good.

nuts, jerkey, protein bars, maybe some canned salmon? I don't think any of us will really need a whole lot of carbs so any sort of fiber and protein to keep satiated will be good.

If you want to be gay as hell baller as shit look into some MREs or survival food. If there's an REI near you, these guys make some dehydrated food that I think actually tastes good, and just takes hot water to prepare. Light and small for packing too.
