Realistically? Like January if you want to get your pass mailed to you, and the day of the con if you want to buy it in person. We're mostly planning this out so we can make sure we've got rooms.

Hotel Bookings Open THIS SATURDAY

Since its a SATURADAY, there is no excuse that we should not all be on the damned phones calling in promptly at like 7 or 8am.


To be honest Im gonna try calling at 12am CST just for shits and giggles.

Yeah, that first block opens at Midnight Friday Night (Saturday Morning). Start calling at midnight, try to book a suite, etc etc.

I'll be at Dragon*Con and will try to call in, but I may be *cough* distracted *cough* by goings-on.

Its 1600 square feet, the suite we had last year was I think 600 square feet....the VIP ones are all in the executive wings I believe, I was mistaken about what I thought. The two story ones in the main building are deluxe suites and about half the size.


The only place we found that has a floor plan was a furry con that is in the same hotel...

Hello all. I've been lurking for awhile and Dtrain has been regularly grumping at me to actually post something once in awhile. This topic has been quiet, so *bump*.

I am most definitely attending Acen again this coming year. Semi-bummed that it won't be the weekend of my birthday again... but I think I can live... somehow. If you guys are cool with having me join your room block again this year, it would be appreciated. I drove last time from Omaha so Dtrain is getting stuck with providing the car this round. You guys will be happy, I'm getting a TF2 cosplay worked out (see topic I will post in a bit) so I can actually join in on photo shoots.
