Okay so I ordered my badge weeks ago. Does it really take this long or was something borked. Who do I talk to then?

I'm really not that excited for LineCon '12.

I have gone into our system and verified that your badge label was printed and processed.  We have also not received your badge back at the MAPS office.  If you do not receive your badge, you would need to pick up your badge at the Service Desk in the Registration Hall during the convention.  This line is separate from the normal Will Call line and is mainly for bounce backs and USPS mailing issues.  Our at-convention hours of operation are posted on the following link http://www.acen.org/content/registration-info.  A photo ID is required if the attendee is 16 years old or older.

Unfortunately with the convention three weeks away we are no longer mailing or remailing any badges.

Curious, how many people are staying til sunday night. Coelit, "coelit's other friend" and I'll be taking a bus instead since it's cheaper and we can get there on thursday, but I wanna know when to plan the trip back. We can leave at either 3pm, 9:45 or 11, but I don't wanna hang around if everyone's taking off that day/we have no where to store our stuff until the bus leaves.

The hotel's Concierge Desk, A/K/A bellman desk, will hold on to your bags from the time we check out of the hotel (noon on Sunday) until you need to reclaim them. It's free for hotel guests and the concierges will even load your luggage into your car before you leave, as long as you drive right up to the front. Tip them at least $1 per bag when they bring your luggage back out.
