For each room, the person running the room is responsible for giving out keys, I believe that even for the suites the max number of keys is four, so unless you can con hotel staff into stating that you 'lost' a key, your best bet is to make sure those going to access the room most frequently have keys or you hand keys off from person to person.

Due to the large volume of people attending I think it is best if each individual room head have the phone numbers of all of their occupants and each of the heads have each others numbers. We can pool this into one large spreadsheet and send it to everyone as well.


Events, Parties, Shenanigans

If you have ideas for things, post them below and I will add them, due to the large volume of people obviously people are free to do what they want and wander as they please, if you want to set up another event at conflicting times, feel free to do so.

Planned Events:

Thursday:
- Meet & Greet @ 7pm in the upper lobby

Friday:
- TF2 Cosplaying @ 1pm on the upper Lobby, meet near the hampster tube to the dealers area, we will capture this control point for a while then make our way toward the dealers area and harass people waiting in line

- The Box Social @ Partycat @ 9pm - Caffeine's room, more 'chill' and don't get too sloshed party

Saturday:
- TF2 Photoshoot @ (Will check sheet later.....5pm?) - Outside, weather permitting

- Partycat 2, the Partying @ Partycat @ 10pm - Caffeine's room, get sloshed, laugh at bad porn, and face plant in the parking lot



Things Needed:

The room head(s) can't shoulder all of the burden of bringing booze/mixers/cups/snacks, so below is a general list of things needed, if you can bring anything post below to confirm. Even if you aren't 21 you can bring something

- Cups
- More Cups
- Cups to replace the cups that Cheese will forget to buy
- Garbage bag(s)
- Disposable shot glasses
- Paper Towels
- More Beer/Booze/Wine/PBR
- Mixers: Coke, Sprite, OJ, Pickle Juice
- Food/Snack Items

- Music, preferably a nerdy chip-tunes or game remix montage

General Rules


- Don't be an asshat or an angry drunk, we're all friends, if you happen to know you're an angry drunk, well, then, don't get sloshed

- On that note, know your limit, while Karrde is the friendly murse, and I am well versed in handling drunk people, we'd prefer to not have to be your mother watching you dry heave over a toilet all night

- Only people from brbu, or whom you _personally_ invited are allowed in the party, it is NOT under any circumstance an "open party"

- For someone you invited to get in they must know and at the door state WHO invited them, and that it is the brbu party - "Someone told me there was a party here" is NOT an acceptable answer

- Also on that note, DO NOT INVITE SHADY PEOPLE, we reserve the right to deny anyone entry that does not sit well with us. If you look at someone, and think "I wouldn't let this guy in a room alone with my stuff" then they probably shouldn't be there

- Don't be a dick to hotel staff or con staff, even if security people get uppity, just listen to them and don't make trouble

- Keep 420 in your vehicle and out of the room(s)

- Do not mix 5 Hour Energy and Vodka

Some of us are planning to head to downtown Chicago on Friday evening (probably around 5pm?) to meet and have dinner with Whendilin, who can't make it to the con. With transit, eating times, etc we should probabl get back around 9 or 10pm.
