was thinking about makin up a nice Clbog post to pimp our l4d steam group on dtoid, and having grim link next friday.

thoughts ?

originally i thought it woudl be good to have a little exposure and let them folks have some PC people to team up with.
then second thoughts was like: we already have more than enough people to make 4 man games with , and new guys would probably be knobs

Since we don't have a webpage (cough cough), I don't see why we wouldn't want to use FNF to advertise the community.

It's obvious that we're in the process of morphing from a TF2 community to a PC gaming community, and as our scope of interests grows we may attract the attention of new and different gamers.

Relatedly, Zargon already has a shout-out to BRBu on Spectacle Rock, maybe he would be willing to link to the L4D steamgroup or something.

Some of us where knobs at the start and then chilled out.  Some folks were cool at first and turned into knobs.  Some like me are always knobs. No real way to tell, but I don't think that should stop us from trying to find more like-minded folks. The real key is telling the knobs promptly and directly to knock it of, and if they persist, to show them the door.
