So that happened. Sucks and all. I got things sorted out the best I could. I'm calling off (Sunday the 19th) which I was scheduled for, working Monday. And I got people to cover the other 3 days I needed taken care of. So... that makes my vacation a go. It's not the ideal, but I'll manage.

Final time I'm doing this I promise. Scratch all the bullshit and emo I've had over this situation. I've been talking to HR, and they said that it's fine for me to have this week as my paid vacation, I just won't get paid for it til after the 8th, when I've been with the company for 1 full year. There was apparently no communication between them and my department. But all that matters really is HR okayed it. SO! I'm taking my vacation, I don't have to stress over shit and find people to cover my shifts... AND I'll get paid. Only downside now is I can't take a paid vacation to see my boyfriend, but oh well. AC IS A GO AND I'LL GET PAID!
