Welp, the yearly hype train is now a rollin' for the next Call of Duty. Teasers and images have been put out there, but now we have a gameplay trailer, showing that Modern Warfare is going all out World War 3 (MW3...WW3...clever lol)
Modern Warfare 3 Gameplay Trailer Looks like this years modern shooter theme is Invasion lol I'll probably end up getting this, since I was invasion blocked by Homefronts failure, though it'll stay behind BF3 pretty easily since I'm wanting more than just the same infantry combat that MW3 is bound to bring like it's previous incarnations unless they pull something crazy different. ![[Image: gokubitchslapmod.gif]](http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/6408/gokubitchslapmod.gif)

Well, can't say it doesn't look better than MW2. I mean, as long as the reason behind the conflict is better than "five guys from US shoot our airport, we launch full military assult on your east coast" than I guess it might be interesting. Sorta get the vibe they're trying to pre-emptivly counter Battlefield 3, but if that means rehauling their entire MP mode, I can't really argue against it. Course, the odds of activision wanting to even touch CoD's formula are less than the chance Armageddon actually did happen last saturday but none of us were worthy enough to be saved.
