2 foot wide, 15 foot long pothole opened up on I-95 yesterday, flipped a SUV and caused a 3 car pileup. Gogo rain.

How deep though?

I saw one two winters ago on I90 that was deep enough to swallow a smart car

Have do do a shitty program in VB, the concept is a piece of piss, but the amount of data entry is stupid, it doesn't show of any skill like the actual programming, so it's pointless.

sad to say, most of university is learning how to deal with pointless bullshit that has nothing to do with the job you're supposedly studying for.

Back in the 1990s when there wasn't a MIS/IT major discipline, I studied CompSci.

At a small state university that meant dealing with the Big Iron.
The IBM 370 mainframe, which took up 1/4 of the CS building.

The files on the hard drive were "virtual stacks" because the 370 depended on card-based input.
With a hacked screen editor that was leaps and bounds beyond the original line editor.
I am ashamed to say it took me three tries to get a "D". About then, I decided to learn the things I needed without a degree.
