I'm bringing my gamecube and a tv back to the dorm tomorrow just so I can play through Skies Of Arcadia again.

Just got back from a local restaurant.


I like really hot foods.



Things like Tabasco sauce and jalapeños have a scoville heat unit (SHU) of around 3,000 - 5,000

Cayenne peppers are around 30,000 SHU's

Habanero peppers are around 120,000 SHU's

The Naga Jolokia pepper is about 1,000,000 SHU's



Naga Jolokia is fucking awesome.


I had to sign a waiver to eat it. (I got some beer with dinner too, I didn't get carded to be served alcohol, but I did get carded for my meal. They will not serve it to <18/yr old)



If I never post again, I spontaneously exploded overnight.

Yeah I was talking to the cook when he brought the dish out for me (Apparently he likes to say goodbye to erryone who tries it) he says they've got a mask for when they make it too, in addition to the massive commercial kitchen vent fans. Normally part of the kitchen is cordoned off for the preparation, too.
