the only redeeming qualities about the first one were the SHOOP DA WOOP gun, and all of the 'shoot the weak spot for maximum damage' references.

Yea but don't post unless you want honest feedback. And also remember that just because someone rips a hole through your writing doesn't mean it's bad, but that kind of critique is a necessary part of the process (name me a writer without an editor).
