What determines "wasteful spending?"
Is it the sheer monetary amount, the amount paid vs. times used, or what? |

Does spending $80 on the collector edition of new fallout count? O.o it'd be my first big item buy ever @3@;

I'm gunna say the $300 on the Novint Falcon... Was all excited by the possibilties of this thing,but there's still barely any support. I rarely had touched it since last year. :-\

I calculate value of games and movies based on a cost-per-hour ratio. If I enjoy them it makes it better too. But anyways, I'm not done (nearing the end though) and have around 15 hours not having done all the puzzles yet. This gives it a approximately $2/hour charge, versus a 2 hour movie that costs $9 (ticket alone) for $4.50. Layton is a good purchase. Also, I suppose I can argue college? Except that I enjoy it here and am happy. |
