just saying . Tell me when you find a weapon that two hits the guy past the Red Eye night on World 1 (Or how the fuck your even supposed to kill him at all). I will then be thoroughly impressed.

There's nothing that is going to 2-hit the old king in 1-1, though you CAN abuse his AI to keep backstabbing him.

Also I've been able to 2-hit skeletons since I started the game, because I started the game with a mace.  Shockingly blunt works well against skeletons.  This game really isn't that hard, but I get a feeling it's like Vagrant Story, where people think it's hard because they don't understand you NEED to make use of the proper weapon affinities against enemies that have strengths, or you won't do crap.  You can break skeletons just fine with fire, magic, or blunt damage, but they logically can handle slashing and especially piercing rather well.

I also don't think the game is really that difficult. It's a thing of memorization and having the right tool for the right job, kind of like Megaman.

That's not to say it's not frustrating, or that it doesn't have PARTS that are difficult, but I think, like Wedge said, the reason a lot of people think it's difficult is because their mostly playing it wrong. Their playing it like an action game and ignoring the puzzle/memorization aspects.

NG+ makes the game awesome and super hard again. Granted I'm playing a mage with like 10 vitality but everything one shots you so you have to be super careful. Though it's super funny to take out Phalanx in 1 firestorm.

Well that was awful.  Another useless dickmunch that played the game for five minutes and gave up because they couldn't be arsed to learn how to play it.  And now a bunch of cocktwats aren't going to buy the game again because they thinks it's SO HARD BOOO HOOOO CRYCRYCRY.  Except the game isn't remotely fucking difficult at all.  And the review wasn't even funny.  But his show jumped the shark ages ago anyways.

I've seen good things since most mentioned it jumped the shark. However, yeah, his review of Demon Soul's is only funny how terrible he was at that game.

Demon's souls is pretty damn good stuff, first game to make me wish I had a PS3 at college instead of just at home really. Ah... now, my character is a temple Knight, Faith/Dexterity build who wields Istralle, Blessed Mirdan Hammer, or the Large Sword of Moonlight. Beware my NG+ mad skillz.

There's actually a supply problem, so that's probably why, haha. Namco Bandai probably underestimated demand. PS: The Gargoyle is really fucking annoying. About halfway through the fight you guys will see why.
