Who's up for some Mods?

Just started DLing the not so new mods Valve is hosting, and was wondering if any one would be up for playing a couple? I've been trying to set up Sungergy with Andrex and Rio, but so far nothings worked , still really want to try them out though! Any one else feel like playing?

Synergy is GREAT.

A lot of upgrades made.

Some...not so great.

Good upgrades:
-Added icons to know where your team is at.
-Can now pass through other players
-Replaced the lives system with a player recovery system (if you're all dead, you restart the level)
-Now works with episode two.

Bad upgrades:
-Can no longer spawn near teammates
-Respawn time is 30 seconds. 30 BLOODY SECONDS
-Fixed fun bits where only one person could be in an important spot.
-Custom models are now gone. (No more Odessa, sexy chick, or neo guy)

It'd be great if I could get it work >.< Andrex and Me couldn't join the servers the other made and it flat out crashed Rio's computer

Several times. I've had problems mounting, getting the game to connect to servers, and just plain STARTING is an issue.

ZPS and The Ship are installed on #2, though I'm having trouble getting SourceMod to work right on it. That being said, not everyone in ZPS complained about it, but it seems very buggy/laggy in it's latest iteration, and was intolerably laggy/glitchy for some people (myself among them lol). It could be #2 is just not cut out for it, but ZPS chews up a lot less resources than TF2 ever did, so I'm curious what the issue is. :-\

edit: This is just a trial sort of thing for now, #2 will still be TF2 most days out of the week, just thought we might try this out until the mod server is completely back up and running. :|

But seriously, the Synergy DS install is fucked. I'm not interesting in ripping files from GCF's to make a dedicated server work, especially right now since I've got way too much work on my plate. Sorry. I only put these on because it was literally 5 lines in the command prompt to get them installed and running.

Aaaaaand your point? My point is that the Synergy DS install is not as simple as command line, you actually have to rip files from HL2, HL2:E1, and HL2:E2 gcf's using GCFscape (windows only), transfer them to the server, do some voodoo and configuration, and then it will work. I'm not up for ripping Jiggabites and Jiggabites of data and transfering them to make Synergy work.
