1 refined, 1 reclaimed, 1 scrap each, so 4 refined and a reclaimed in total. I think I could have done a little better, but easier to just get them all from one source. I didn't have a dedicated Scout or Sniper hat anyway, and the Dapper's Topper is just awesome.

My instinct would be to sell now when they're new, there's a big craze for them, and nobody knows what they're worth.  But that's just a guess.  They could go up or down in value -- I have no idea.

I think they will go down in value, except for like maybe the first 10, or if you have a cool number like 69, 42, etc.

The soldier's medals can not be crafted and there are a finite number, where as the Veils can be crafted at any time.
