We are using the deluxe edition but I think if you have SimCity 4 + The Rush Hour expansion it will work all the same.  So you are good to go.

To the rest of the guys, should Chaos participate in this very rotation or should he wait til we go through it again?

And I've gone and added Chaosye to the bottom of the rotation but he won't get to play til the second go through.  I'm itching to get my second turn on this fabulous city.

Ok.... Well, I'm juts going to call this done. The new city should be here - if it doesn't start in 2035, I might've accidentally uploaded the wrong file. Anyways....

There's lots of problems with traffic. LOTS. Like, entire neighborhoods are being abandoned because of the long commutes. I tried throwing in more subway stations, as well as more stops, but the little bastards all insist on driving instead. They won't even use Scotty's highway. I tried building fancy rail systems, and even tried dropping a highway in the middle of the city, but nothing really seemed to work all that effectively.

I also noticed that there's a lot of pollution about due to dirty industry. I tried a couple of methods to get rid of them, but ultimately all those methods failed as well. In the end, I restarted several times, and every time someone else died. Versus, Scotty, Ain, and Tragic all had their turn at kicking the bucket. In the end, after Tragic lost 3 jobs in a row due to long commute times, he kicked the bucket. Tragic the 2nd is having a hard time holding a job down as well. I thought it might've been appropriate to end on this note.

Hopefully I've built up enough capital and balanced the budget enough that someone much better than me can tackle this transit problem. It's becoming a HUGE issue, and people are leaving in droves. Maybe if I had a degree in civil engineering instead of mechanical engineering, I could help more with city planning, but this is just too much for me. I wish you the best of luck, whoever goes next.

In the end, I built some recycling stations, a nuclear power plant, and some more parks, schools, hospitals, police stations, and firehouses to tackle the city's needs. I smited the protesters, leaving the nuclear power plant as my legacy to the city.
