I think it's something worthy of making peoples' day, at least in a scientific sense. 'neat' is an interchangeable adjective in this case.

Well I had a fun time at emerald city comic con, I was able to get a signed poster of Boxer Hockey.
When we went to the Jhonen Vasquez's panel "I feel  sick & I want to share with you" it felt more like the con people just told him he had a panel to do, so he grabbed another guy {creator of adventure time} to hang with during the panel so they can talk & everyone else in the room can just sit there. It was great they talked about minecraft XD & due to mishap & Jhonen making everyone in the room feel sad for my sister, she got this doodle from the adventure time guy

Also Fry, Bender, & The Brain making fart sounds into the mic during the Futurama panel was great XD

I started off my 5k training with an 8 mile slow run. I hate hills.

And thank god for invisible fences, I got chased and barked at by 6 dogs along the way.

Bleach in a small water bottle.  My dad would do this when he went on long runs in farming areas, farm dogs can get very aggro.

uh, just don't get really tired and forget what's in the bottle...

I started doing leangains today
intermittent fasting isn't all that bad
Prolly not going to be cut to where I want to be for acen but I'm starting to lose a little fat in the past couple of days.

I think I'm turning into one of those crazy running people.

Ran 5 miles today fairly painlessly and I'm planning on running 3.6 miles to the bus stop tomorrow to go grocery shopping.

enmasse has sent me a few i've run out of codes to hand out for the last Tera closed beta this weekend.
