before we get rid of any map we will of course ask the residents of the server before we do it. At the moment we are going to 100% implement 1.3 when it comes out, it's an awesome update and we are going to be adding a lot to the server. Also we'd like to have a ton of maps to choose from including having a skyland with it's own nether, but for that we need more resources! the more people donate to the server, the more server resources we can have and then we can have a ton of maps! we are trying to give more incentives for donating at the moment, we're working on it, and 1.3 update is a big part of that!

I'm slightly worried about the temples and end chests... But I'm sure you guys have an idea for it already. At least now there's an "official" currency too.

I don't see a problem with either, Temples are just some treasure and anyone stupid enough to seriously store something in an ender chest is just dumb. I think if ender chests worked more like Terraria's piggybank I'd like it more.
