Longer Red Respawn, each time i managed to kill Benito as a Spy, i got killed soon, then due to the huge leghts of the map when i got back Benito was already there, and this happened with all their team. ]Blu was in a real disadvantage on 2nd map

Absolutely. I'm sure a lot of people missed out on it since Caff didn't think to include it until the last minute.
