pretty decent specs... quad core, 6gb ram for under 500? didnt really look too hard into it, but it seems like a decent price to me... no graphics card though..

If I had money I'd almost be interested, I'm not as tech savvy as the rest but it seems like you could just pick this up and a nice video card and you'd have a great gaming rig. It is refurbished though.

It has a 300W PSU. So to get a graphics card you're going to have to buy a new PSU, then disassemble and reassemble the entire thing, which is made of shitty super low end parts. And that's only a $90 Quadcore. So no, it's not remotely worth it.
