Ok try MAMEUI. Make sure you specify where games are by going into Options->Directories. In game you press tab to access options.

Seems like most roms only come with certain files needed to run it and not the actual game, wtf. Even old shit.

Yep. It says files are missing. Which strikes me as ppl putting the files needed to run the game, but not actual game images. IE I don't believe that the entirety of marvel vs capcom is only 22 megs. Anyone know reliable rom repositories for older stuff outside of usenet?

also, i can def believe 22mb is the entire game. roms aren't that big :|
