Besides a scout with a flame thrower, i can't think of many classes whose weapons can do much damage in the hands of another. Might as well bar everyone who has gone civilian heavy from playing heavy for a month.

This glitch has been around for awhile. I know quite a few of us have witnessed it first hand in the server. Why they would do something about it now I don't understand.
Coincidentally enough, I happened to get this glitch last night at TFT (was an engi with heavy weapons) completely by accident, and now today I was unable to access my unlocks. I don't know if this was just a problem connecting to steam or if they pegged me for "cheating" but if I can't use unlocks for a month I don't know what I'm going to do >

+1 to Blues, it's a completely different bug. The old one was an exploit for the particular class limits plugin we use. The plugin was updated (though not in the main post) but I'm not sure if it ever got updated on all the servers.
I will now proceed to make fun of anyone that doesn't have unlocks because they're clearly a noob or a cheater.

Scout with rocket launcher, flamethrower, sniper, minigun, medigun, cloaking, or stickies.
Heavy with rocket launcher, sniper, cloaking.
Any other class with cloaking.
