As far as I know, this is the first public Highlander. Just started up the other day and I've played a few games. It's fun, but there is no way you can play what you want all the time. I'll be interested to see how this works out as highlander is something that really works best with organized teams. This one is in Chicago, but I've heard talk there could be one or two more starting up sometime soon, one on the west coast and one somewhere else in the US.

Good luck to them, TF2F used to have a public HL server but it died because of lack of interest.

Psh, I used to suggest playing a highlander-like game all the time a long time ago and everyone said it was stupid and wouldn't work and would be imbalanced.
