PL_Norad_B3 - Now Out - CaffeinePowered - 01-18-2009

Changes from beta 2:
- New route added between Cap 2 and 3 on stage 2
- Windows in cap 4 opened up top so snipers can shoot down on Red
- Cart capture area size increased
- Cart speed increased
- Number of people needed to move the cart at maximum speed decreased
- Fixed bug where one person moving the cart would not show on the Train HUD on Stage 1
- Players may now jump into the pit at the end
- Explosion debris will no longer freeze players
- Crack now opens and spews fire after bomb detonation
- Explosion damage and radius increased
- Stickies will no longer roll on the floor in some areas of stage 2 cap 4
- Cart is now properly killed at the end of stage 1

Admins can change to it right now, its on the server and map FTP, just not votable, look for a play session tonight, and most definitely tomorrow at TFT
