Well, Retail copies from Valve always come over here like 6 months later, because Valve hates latin americans. Even if we have all games at US launch dates, Valve send games here like 6 months later.
And i cvan't buy it from Steam/Us Stores because my credit card doesn't allow me to do international purchases, i have to "upgrade" it a level, but to do so i have to earn 400$ more on my job, and since i got fired from my job, i don't have one now :3.
Aaalso No job = no money = will have to wait if my parents gift it for christmas :3 The Xbox version, because the PC will come here on March, and i don't want the console version :3

To add money to paypal i have to have a valid Credit Card, and this count as an international purchase.
