Still gotta do some touchups.
Need to darken the jacket and fix the collar.
Gotta stretch the sweater and sew in thumb holes.
And I gotta con-safe the baton.

Prototype plastic expanding baton
First prototype of an all plastic (con and airport friendly) expanding baton. Needs slight tweaking.

Only for the orange tail plug, which contains a magnet to keep it closed.
It's made from heat formed delrin rod. Got the rod from McMaster Carr and used a heatgun and gloves.
