Iron On Transfer - Neptune - 03-04-2014 I bought a white work shirt that I'm going to use a transfer on. When I went to buy some, it said "Do not wash fabric before hand". I've washed the shirt once. Any reason it would say that? Or should I be OK? Re: Iron On Transfer - Kor - 03-04-2014 Shrinkage/Material Integrity/Fiber Uniformity. All new material used in clothing is starched to a varying degree. The starch serves to provide rigidity for cutting and stitching. Re: Iron On Transfer - Neptune - 03-05-2014 Thanks. Glad I asked instead of wasting more money. I'm also glad that this is my only real "crafting" for this particular costume. Was able to buy everything else. Re: Iron On Transfer - Neptune - 04-09-2014 Not bad for not being crafty. Oh, and, I spent way too much money on a mask. It's fucking awesome, though. Now, I just need a tool belt and I'm set. Re: Iron On Transfer - k0ala - 05-01-2014 I ain't no hero, man, it's cool, it's super chill...here, take my wallet. |
