Ok, so its finally here, room planning and assignments...
Please Confirm the following....
- I am 100% Sure that I am attending
or
- My attendance is tentative, but I want to come/will try to make it
- I have a room booked (And if someone is fixed to be in that room, ex: HeK and Luin would be sharing), the capacity for my room is X people, and the rate is $x/night ($x per person at capacity)
or
- I do not have a room booked and need to be assigned to one
Even if you have posted in other threads PLEASE POST HERE TO CONFIRM ATTENDANCE / ROOM ACQUISITION
If it looks like we will have excess space, please refrain from canceling your room until Late February / Early March, you can cancel at NO PENALTY up until Mar 31st
Please note also room rates do not include taxes, actual nightly rates may be higher, and if floor space is used, someone is getting shorted a room key.

Also might want to mention reservation dates--mine's reserved starting Thursday, check-out on Sunday (so 3 nights). I figure most people will be the same, but perhaps some people only reserved friday and saturday nights. durp im so smart

Right now Im just randomly assigning mostly based on age, if you want a particular one let me know. Party Cat will be the general nexus, BUT that might change depending on the location of both suites (if one is easier to get to than the other)
