Points of information on the Aux room:
- As Caff said, I'd prefer to drop this room if we don't need it to get an on-site room.

Updated and had to take two rooms off the table, when originally grabbing rooms I was assuming that more people would be up for sharing 4 max to a room.
The main rooms really only have 2 spots left, and if karrde/eightball/I are hosting the parties it might be best to only have 3 in that room. The only person I did not assign into a room is Dtrain whose attendance is still up in the air.
If more people confirm to be going we're going to have to keep Pie's extra room and you'll have to ride the blue line one stop from the airport to the hotel.

Reworked the rooms, when I get a chance to talk to Pie it might be worth it for him to keep his room, then I'd do a bit of shuffling, but staying in the secondary hotel would be entirely voluntary.

Totally sounds creepy, but it's a good reference as far as who is going altogether.

I will hold the aux room at the airport until instructed otherwise.
I have until "day of" to drop the reservation without penalty.
If we will end up needing the aux room, I may move to a hotel closer to the con if I can catch a deal on a non-refundable room online. (i found a few within walking distance)

I will most likely not be staying for the entirety of my reservation, because I have to attend my sister's college graduation that weekend in Milwaukee. So whoever wants to pay me for the extra nights on my room can take it over or something, PM me for details.
