We've done dystopia several times, its very nice, but its main flaw is it's learning curve
Definitely on the list of mods that are "above average" in terms of quality and polish

Kingdoms Collide just released. Looks pretty fun.
EDIT: Oh god I played it and it's terrible. The animations suck and combet feels super-awkward. I instead nominate ORION, which is considerably more fun. http://www.moddb.com/mods/orion1
