There'd be no-scope headshots before that would ever happen. Re: JAMES'S SPY UPDATE MEGATHREAD - Kenny Strife - 05-19-2009 Even without headshot crits, extra damage would make up for the "cooldown". To be honest, if extra accuracy was the only new feature of the Ambassador I'd be crying foul. The current revolver is already pretty damned accurate. The trouble is the (relatively) low damage. Yeah, the damage of the current revolver is pretty good, and the rate of fire is top-notch, but it takes 3-4 shots to kill most people, if they have full health. If they've got good reflexes, you may not get more than one or two, though. All it takes is one or two shotgun blasts to kill a spy.
