From the random bug fixes on the optimization patch:

Fixed issue where lower ranks of Sunderer Proximity Repair could not repair Sunderers that had a higher rank equipped.

It's time to bust out double repair sundys that actually work soon!

That would explain why I could repair HeK but HeK could not repair me...as I have it maxed out and i think he has Rank 4 or 5

One rank behind max. I was repairing you, only without notification. You could still see the repair animation and I was watching your 'health' bar go up. At least on my side.

Ok, ok, fine versus.  Smile.  There's no need for these with the current ttk and balance.  If they are bringing these back then I assume we will see infil being allowed to equip shotguns.  Why not at this pace.  Just squeezing the nectar out until it's completely dried up.  Still waiting for galaxies to become galaxies (like they were in beta).  I miss the shield wall.  They were fun to try to get rid of when docked on a bio.  Mobile ams to boot

say what you will about ps2 - because many pages of gripes can be written.

I do give them props for sticking in a genre (mmo fps, even persistent if you can call it that) where they have no real competition. While many game companies race to become the next COD/BF or LOL/DOTA or WoWclone, at least Sony is investing heavy in different model.

They may not be investing or developing wisely, but I thank them for their sticktoitiveness.
