I won't be able to attend the meeting, so I'll just note that I am confirmed but I'm still not sure if it'll be a Thursday or Friday arrival for me. Since I have a room, it might be worth me transferring it, so I would put me higher on the list of what rooms are more expendable/transferable. That'll be a moot point if I wind up coming Thursday anyway but I don't know when I'll have this figured out.

Room list in the OP has been updated with names of people at this point people are either Confirmed for attending, tentative for attending, or need to be bugged to attend.

Also make sure if you got your badge through the group to contact eightball ASAP to pay him.

Try editing your badge info now; it's possible that they only check the value at the time of badge printing. Get Helix in the group now in case we can still reap group benefit later.

I'd like to buy my badge but since I added myself to the group before purchasing I can not buy my badge now. If we're going to order more badges later I'm fine with that or someone can remove me from the group so I can get it myself.

Interesting; currently we're pretty far from even getting another meager $2 discount. perhaps that should be about it for the group discount--have everyone order individually from here on. Anyone have input here?

I'd try emailing them and stating you're trying to get into another group that already purchased - ask if its possible to get the discount and get in the group or not.
