Alright so!
Spreadsheets are mostly final, we have a slight bit of impasse at the moment regarding finalization.
If you review the spreadsheets you'll notice that the two suites are somewhat expensive, both TOH and I have agreed upon our policy regarding the suite, the price will be (Price of the Room for the Weekend / Number of People), there will be no splitting of days. If you come and attend the con, you will owe your portion for the full room,[spoiler] exceptions given only to the following: A random person you pick up at the con and achieve coitus with, pictures must be taken as proof.[/spoiler]
This is mainly for two reasons, one the rooms are very (750/night) expensive, and two, dividing out who stayed where when during the con will be cumbersome and tiring. As tight as things are, if just one or two people skimp for a night, it raises costs fairly significantly for everyone else involved.
We have a few options on the table thus far:
Global Stuff
- Eightball's Room is Full
- k0ala's Room is Full
- Atom's Room is Full
- One room will be cancelled (Pie's or TOH's)
Option 1:
Sheet stays how it is, everyone in the suites is financially able to cover their part
- Pie's room will be cancelled and he will roll into my suite.
- Additional persons coming will be placed in an alternating fashion into TOHs room then mine, up to a maximum of 14.
Option 2:
Those not in the suite assist in paying for the suites
- If everyone chips in, based on the spreadsheet it will come out to a factor of ~10, for every $100 chipped in, everyone in the suite's price for the weekend is reduced by $10
- May not be the best bang for the buck
Option 3:
TOH's suite is cancelled, and people split between Pie's room and my room
- My room will take up to 14 people, remainder put in with Pie, based on having been in these rooms before, 14 is an absolute maximum
- Brings suite cost down to $160
- We are now limited/full and unable to take any additional people on
We do have a bit of time but I don't want to go beyond early March to decide on this, as people need to know their costs and budget accordingly.

Probably #1 or #3, good luck executing #2. If TOH's room is kept, I might subsidize it by buying some space for storage of shit (which you can imagine is at a premium in my double room accommodating 8 goddamn people).

This is good to know, we'd still need another 3 people to make a nice dent in the price of both suites though IMO
