Aw, well, I suppose you could get here on a motorless bike relatively quick if you biked at the Ironman pace (which is the same weekend lols). I haven't biked long distance in years so I'm probably just sprouting nonsense.

Okay, I'm going to volunteer to organize the TF2 photoshoot. What times would work better for you guys? Since we'll hopefully be bringing 4-5 TF2 costumers to the party I think we should pick what time works best for us :v

Only real options are Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon; evenings tend to get kinda rambunctious and hard to maintain control over. Good choices are:

Atrium - Preferable, since weather can be a heartless bitch
Friday at 3PM
Friday at 5PM
Saturday at 1PM
Saturday at 4PM - Probably would fuck with Masquerade
Saturday at 7PM - Probably would fuck with Masquerade.

Patio
You know what fuck it pick from one of the atrium times above. I'm thinking Saturday at 1pm.

Since I've already edited that post about three times let me just say that Friday at 5pm or Saturday at 1pm are probably our best options. So try to pick from those two unless you have some a good rationale for suggesting a different time.

Sat 1pm works for me as I'm not putting on that darn Medic cosplay until Saturday. Definitely not wearing it for more than one day lol.

Don't forget to submit it to the geekkon thread nice and early! And we might as well tell all the TF2 cosplayers we meet at the con about the photoshoot too.

Edit: My vote goes to the atrium since it's nice. But patio is also fine depending on the weather.

Should I paint the craft foam on these, y/n? There's a sample of two colors on a scrap piece...Also I am well aware its uneven and you cant see through, I am trimming everything flush and putting the strap back on tomorrow. I vote Yes; if it's painted the lighter metallic, it'll pick up more of the surrounding light and hopefully photograph better.

I won't be there til later.  I got class in Milwaukee til 4 or 5.  I will then be heading up, so I prolly wont get there until late, or not until Saturday I will be in Madison around 6 or 7.  See you guys then.  ALSO:  My Dad has invited y'all to dinner.

Hey, at least you can buy beer so still better than what I can provide.

I'll bring cups, all the cups. So many cups you won't even believe. Would people prefer the slightly smaller ones I brought to acen or the regular party cups?
And how many people are going to be at the party. Just give me an estimate so I know how many packs of cups to buy. Respond soon cuz I'm going to the grocery store tonight!

lol.  Fair point.  But to be fair, for all of us who like good booze, there's a lot of BRBUers who drink schweiss water Tongue  As for cups, uh, I dunno.  Smaller might be better.  Not like kegger sized cups.  Also, you have a wand and all that?  Need me to bring one at all?

Dunno what kegger sized cups are but I'll just bring ones similar to what I've brought previously. And in large amounts.

Sorry, kegger sized meaning like 16 oz+.  Holds more beer that way.  Smaller is better for mixed drinks.  Get more variety without getting drunk in like 30 seconds.
