QFT, hockey is like this in international play. Hell, even the NHL to some degree (although an 82-game round robin has a lot less weight on each individual game than a 3-game one...). Just this past season, Colorado won the Central Division in the last game, even though they lost in a shoot-out. That one point... had they lost in regulation, they woulda been second. Tie-breaking is generally structured to favor the stronger performing team.
I think Ann Coulter might be the single best argument for the "check your privilege" meme. She must also have a penis because she seems way too misogynistic to be female. Maybe she has gender dysphoria? She probably thinks she was born the wrong sex, and in the wrong decade. Re: 2014 FIFA World Cup (The real thing, not the video game) - Elder - 06-27-2014 that was a really sorry excuse of an article about soccer. It read more like the metric system is evil because its too hard to understand standardized measurements. Quote:Liberals get angry and tell us that the metric system is more "rational" than the measurements everyone understands. rational is quoted but i dont think she knows what it means.
