Intending to go, but I'm going to wait until my spring schedule is finalized before committing. Currently they have 3 exams scheduled 2 (well, 1.5) weeks from acen. I'm willing to swing that, but it's close enough that I'd like to wait and make sure they don't shift the exams randomly.

Since you are in a graduate program now, let your professors know ahead of time, I would assume that come Jan/Feb you'll know most of them by name and they'll at least recognize you.
At that point its a simple conversation of 'yearly trip that I take with my SO and a ton of friends, I just want to make sure I will be able to go' Lauren didn't have an issues with her PhD program last year and unless your professors are massive tools I wouldn't expect it to be an issue.
