So ya, I (and my group members) have, as you can imagine, been shitting ourselves over the last couple days with all of this. We've contacted the company, and this is the good news they finally gto back to us with:
"We have logged time stamps for every vote and validation. Any vote/validation that was logged after the Contest Period will not be counted towards the final total. The votes now displayed do not reflect the final totals and all votes are subject to review before announcing the final winner."

I made a redirect from <anyaddress>@baspen.rilwar.info to forward to my gmail account, so that I could auto spam votes via a shell script off my server using random generated email addresses. (Thank god that math question was so hard!)
