If i smoke first then it greatly impacts my ability to drink. I usually try to get pretty messed up on the weekends so I smoke afterwards. I have, however, puked up blood from my stomach after it emptied itself and then contracted (or so I think). The blood was a texture like soda-syrup and incredibly dark in color (almost black but still red). It was really more the alcohol though. I was smashed before we even got to the party, drank more, smoked, went back to a friend's place, and hugged a toilet for a few hours. Yet, I didn't black out. The half-asian in me gives me a low alcohol tolerance despite weighing in in the mid 170's so I always throw up if I drink too much, I've never blacked out.
