It will when they announce the 3S characters in another month or so. The original leak has been 100% true so far, I'd say the Makoto/Dudley/Ibuki is a lock as well (with Ibuki already confirmed and all that).

Am i the only one really dissapointed that so far there's only one new character? (2 if we count "Hakan", the arabian wrestler which seems to be more like a remade Darum)
If i wanted to use Adon, Cody or Guy i'd just go and play Alpha, the same with the 3s characters

(In b4 turtle fighter 4.) I'm excited, I liked them, but I didn't like how they played in Alpha or 3S. (You know my stance on 3S.) Dudley will play well, everyone will play well, because I hold Capcom to a high degree and they haven't failed me yet. I can say the same exact thing you're saying about most characters in SF4. Nobody in SF4 plays exactly like they did in the other games they've been in. It's also way more balanced than the other games they've been in. Except maybe SF2, Alpha 3 and 3S were terribly balanced, even among the people who still play them competitively admit they're fairly unbalanced. SF4 is a happy medium.

An Ultra punishable on block? NO WAY. It seems like it has the same ridiculous vacuum properties as SOS, except now it hits from all sides too. Oh and it moves so it's probably a fireball ultra counter too.

ROFL Dan shoots a giant close range fireball that explodes and knocks him back when it hits. Also Vega gets an Ultra that actually does damage =O.

[/quote]yes, but compared to ultra 1 it is years after hat you're vulnerable. Ultra 1 you have to punish as soon as it stops, otherwise you don't get it. However in the rumor list it said you can cancel the last hit of it which is the kick that pops 'em up and you may be able to make it safe on block, but I don't think anyone tried it at the fight club.
