I'll have to see how my schedule looks like in a few months, but Caff managed to interest me so I'm about 60% confirmed right now. Are there any room sharing plans? Does anyone else know the Chicago area well? I'm all for con stuff, but I'd like to check out the city too since I've never been there before.

I believe so far the following people have reservations
Hek, Myself, Backfire, and MajorAngry
Each room can fit up to 4 - 5 people comfortably, March is the last time you are able to cancel a room without penalty, so we'll consolidate down and organize then, this should give people more than enough time to commit.

I actually do not have reservations; that's why I was asking about space the other day. Though if we run out of room I'll suck it up and commute to/from my dorm.

If I go to acen this year, I'll be going with one of my friends (who also plays frisbee yeeeaaa! and I'm trying to get her to play TF2 with no luck so far) so can we possibly share a room with one of you guys?
This is really only if her brother isn't going because then he will reserve a room for us.

Most likely yes, but I'll have to find out what the final total number of people are since some are still on the fence. If anyone else booked a room I'd love to know :x

EDIT: Looking at the ACEN FAQ (in class instead of paying attention), apparently I have to be at least 21 to reserve a room? :v

Backfire isnt 21 and reserved one, you have to follow a special link on their website or call the hotel, its purposefully made to be tricky.

Uh, sharing a room + food would be well under $200 - 300 at most depending on how well you want to eat, booze, and how far away you are coming from
