Friend set me on a blind date without my permission.
I hate blind dates, naturally.
I also hate the fact my very high friend lied about what i am about, purposely and completely.
I am now contemplating killing my friend with piano wire.

Seriously. It doesn't hurt to be social. Unless she tries to stab and/or rob you I don't see how this is a bad thing. If she ends up being cool then you're already a step ahead. If it doesn't go well or she turns out not to be your type, you still had a (potentially) entertaining evening, right? Relax and go have some fun.
