Re: Killzone 2 Demo - Versus - 02-08-2009 Regenerating health is fine, as long as it costs you something (Regeneration augmentation in Deus Ex). No, that actually made the game stupidly easy when you upgraded it right too ;P. Re: Killzone 2 Demo - Versus - 02-08-2009 lol, i know. ;D level 4 regen ftw. Still almost everything else was so generic that I couldn't play it for longer than an hour... It felt like a bad version of unreal to me. Re: Killzone 2 Demo - Wedge - 02-08-2009 I played through the first Halo very recently actually. It's really not that bad, feels like an old PC FPS in a lot of ways, mostly regarding how buggy and unpolished it is. If there's one thing it did really well though, it's making melee and grenades accessible at all times, when those are two things I normally find useless in your average FPS. The original Unreal (not UT) is a great single player FPS, I think I have a save in it somewhere around here. Cause the first one was designed for PC then like 75% of the way through development MS stole it Re: Killzone 2 Demo - ToiletDuck - 02-08-2009 (02-08-2009, 07:46 PM)Versus-p- link Wrote: oh god, ain discovered user bars... lol, why does the Mac one have to have a huge font? were they scared no one would notice it in the other font? dirty F'ers Re: Killzone 2 Demo - Wedge - 02-09-2009 (02-08-2009, 10:39 PM)Caffeine link Wrote:
Cause the first one was designed for PC then like 75% of the way through development MS stole it
No, it was designed for Mac ;P. Also the soundtracks on Unreal and Halo are both fucking great.
