I am pretty embarassed over the fact that I never learned or took the time to play chess properly. I know how to play but I am too hasty and impatient to think 5+ moves ahead.

Same. In fact, literally 5 minutes after I taught someone to play chess in 5th grade, he beat me afterwards. I'm that bad. :'(

People are playing during the hours when twitch isn't an option.
If you join, add us all as friends. The site is run by a group of little bitches, so you have to have a paying membership to start a group, but this way it would still be easy to challenge people who are sitting about.
