Re: Total War - Eschatos - 11-24-2008 This thread got me to start playing Rome: Total War again. There's nothing like a good old bridge battle, where a single unit of Principes can get over 900 kills. Apparently there's a bug in the game where routing enemy troops on a bridge will try to flee through my lines, getting slaughtered in the process. Re: Total War - Tragic Hero - 11-24-2008 THat almost looks like the tutorial mission in the beginning Re: Total War - Eschatos - 11-26-2008 I found a mod that allows PBEM multiplayer campaign. Anyone up for a game? http://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=64876 Re: Total War - Eschatos - 12-20-2008 And now it's free. Re: Total War - Vandamguy - 12-20-2008 awsomez schedual an event more than three days from now and ill be there Re: Total War - Dave - 12-21-2008 lol Re: Total War - Vandamguy - 12-21-2008 also , i forgot to add that the tech they are using to share this game is pretty interesting , and could lead to a particularly nasty type of DRM if someone was so inclined. Re: Total War - ainmosni - 12-29-2008 OK, Empire is looking to be the best Total War yet... Re: Total War - Benito Mussolini - 12-29-2008 I think naval battles is a great thing to add... And that fight looks epic, but I wonder how smooth such a battle would run... Re: Total War - Dave - 12-29-2008 fuck yeah the british are coming Re: Total War - ainmosni - 12-29-2008 (12-29-2008, 02:58 PM)Dave link Wrote: fuck yeah the british are coming And the big campaign also features the Dutch... this will make for some epic battles...
