Ostensibly the physics are too integral to the gameplay and don't scale down to anything below a top-end PC. I would have expected them to port the PS2 version under these circumstances but I guess it's a welcome surprise that they aren't. Rather nothing than a half-assed port of a shitty version of the game.
[/quote]pretty sure they tried to keep the same physics engine on all consoles, I remember hearing that in a interview, dunno if they successfully did it though

Yea..the Jedi ending is canon to what happens in the next couple years going into "A New Hope"
I still catch myself playing this game between TF2 and sleep..this is probably one of the satisfied buys I've gotten out of a game in a long time.

note: the star destroyer part shows just how unpolished the targeting system is when it comes to fast moving objects

lol yes, really annoying.
you eventually figure out the 'spots' it works best in, then you can usually destroy all of them in 3 go's (as long as you kill 2-3 in one throw)

Exactly what I did. That part was so epic though..I didn't even care. All I cared about was bringing the bitch down and frantically jumping up and down like a little kid while I was doing it, all the while my roommate gave me strange looks.
