I've played through them both and wasn't impressed. ZX Advent sucked with almost nothing to do with the series at all accompanied by horrific dialoge and voice acting. Too easy. Kirby Squeak Squad was a very short game(as it always is) with no co-op and crappy multiplayer games. Way too easy, I don't think I even died once on that game. Re: DS decision making - Versus - 06-25-2008 You don't play Kirby games for the challenge Re: DS decision making - Wedge - 06-25-2008 All the handheld (GBA and later) Kirby's have sucked other than Canvas Curse. And nothing ever compares to Kirby Superstar anyways. Also on the Atlus note, Trauma Center if you never played it way back when (sequel coming soon) and I liked Draglade a lot, even if it's not really that good of a game. Re: DS decision making - Versus - 06-25-2008 (06-25-2008, 02:59 PM)Wedge link Wrote: And nothing ever compares to Kirby Superstar anyways. Sadly , I wish the DS SNES emu could support Superstar. Re: DS decision making - dapngwnman - 06-25-2008 SPEAKING OF KIRBY SUPERSTAR Is anyone as excited as I am for the DS version coming out in september? Re: DS decision making - Versus - 06-25-2008 ?! Re: DS decision making - Wedge - 06-25-2008 They're doing a port of KSS to DS. I've got the cart, but be nice to have a portable version. Re: DS decision making - Versus - 06-25-2008 oh shit, awesome. I wish they would do a port of SMRPG :-[ Re: DS decision making - KarthXLR - 06-25-2008 (06-25-2008, 02:49 PM)Versus link Wrote: You don't play Kirby games for the challengeIt made an easy game, even easier. :/ Re: DS decision making - ZargonX - 06-25-2008 I've been playing the hell out of Rondo of Swords lately, to the exclusion of all else. I need to get back to Phantom Hourglass at some point... I will totally pick up Disgaea DS when it comes out, and I will probably pick up FF Tactics A2 this week because I am stupid sucker. Re: DS decision making - Versus - 06-25-2008 Rondo of Swords was super boring for me. :-[ Re: DS decision making - dapngwnman - 06-25-2008 FF Tactics A2 is starting out pretty fucking awesome. Spent my afternoon working through the start of the game. It seems to be just as addictive as the GBA version. It was too different from the original..way too kiddy..and the law system is just stupid. Megaman ZX is quite fun. Also, as said in other posts, Geometry wars DS, Phantom Hourglass, etc. Also, i still play tetris DS and Piccross all the time. Good games you can play for five minutes at a time. Re: DS decision making - Dave - 06-25-2008 I considered buying a DS just for pokemon, then i was like hmm... theres no other games i want, being that i am not a 9 year old girl. Re: DS decision making - ScottyGrayskull - 06-25-2008 Oh. In addition to the ones others have mentioned is Prism. Basically it's a slow paced puzzle game. Like Professor Layton, but so much more laid back and relaxing. Sounds pretty lame, but the Gametrailers review convinced me, and I'm happy that it did. Re: DS decision making - cbre88x - 06-30-2008 I personally am excited for the FFIV remake coming out soon. Hopefully some good stuff will be announced at E3 as well since all I can see on store shelves at the moment is shovelware. Re: DS decision making - Geoff - 07-01-2008 Wait. If you have a flash cart, why aren't you playing Super Metroid and Earthbound?
