Random fun facts:
The new replay function requires the box running the tf2 server to have a web server running on it as well (rare when concerning rented servers, which is why most don't have working replays yet) for it to copy the demo files on the fly to, or an entire 2nd server running FTP and a web server as well, so it can FTP the demos on the fly to be downloaded by clients from the 2nd box (How we're running it right now, off my FastDL box)
Since I got it running last night, my apache's access.log (Normally around 1.2MB per month) went from ~77KB to 980KB right now, and growing rapidly.

I'm having problems uploading mine; first time said I had a duplicate video (I didn't), and the second time it said an error had occurred. So, I'm trying for a third time now. The problem I have is that for some reason these are taking about an hour each time to upload. My other videos didn't take this long and they were higher quality; I don't know if it's the file type or not.Â
EDIT: IT WORKED!!!

Holy crap the other render failed hard. I went to go get the fish slapping vid from Keen's POV and got the cameras all worked out, rendered in 1080p, had a nap, uploaded, and while Keen's jumping all around slapping me with the Mackerel, I'm just standing in one place instead of jumping around all baconlegged. So it's even dumber when he dies to that.
Here's a stickyjump sword fight instead.
