I'd love to, but I've never imported an animated gif.  I do know you have heavy space limitations so you may have to wind up saving it as 16-bit color or some such... i dunno lol.

Just because I'm so awesome at working with image files, I converted it for you.  Don't complain about the quality, it needed to be reduced to a 128x128 texture to fit within the filesize limits for a spray, and you don't get control over animation speed afaik.

i wasn't able to connect for the first two maps.  Wouldn't download them, and then disconnected telling me that i'm missing the map.

This i knew, thanks for telling me TF2.
